- First, prepare the sauce Argentine Chimichuri. To do this well chop the garlic, finely chop fresh herbs, add the salt, lemon zest, red pepper and olive oil. Thoroughly mix all. The sauce should be thick and grassy. Leave a quarter of the sauce for serving.
- Move the steaks in the food plastic bag, pour the sauce and shake it to mix well. Then close the bag tightly and marinate in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours, as time permits. The longer the meat is marinated, the tastier it will turn out. Therefore it is better to start to prepare this dish in advance.
- Marinated steak place on grill grate and cook up to 10 minutes before roasting to Medium Rare or Medium, turning occasionally. While you are grilling a steak on the one hand, do not forget to change the position of steak every 1.5 minutes to obtain a beautiful lattice pattern. Please put it in a pan along the strips, then crosswise.
- Pour ready steaks with chimichurri remaining sauce and serve.
We recommend that you start to cook steaks 2 hours before the arrival of guests to well-marinate the meat.
